Copies/Holds recommendations as described in the Resource Sharing Standards are intended for Active holds. Below are two ways to exclude suspended holds from OverDrive reports:
Current Holds report
To filter out suspended holds from the Current Holds report, set the Hold Status to “Active”.
Holds Manager tool
If using the Holds Manager tool, exclude suspended holds from appearing in results by answering “No” to the Optional Criteria “Should suspended holds be included?”
